Course 1 – Basics and Variations in Sun Salutation

There is a separate video for each individual yoga exercise from the sun salutation.

It allows you not only to make your yoga session varied, but also to discover favorite exercises that you can use specifically to work on your own construction sites. The last video consists of 5 sun salutations as an example of how you can apply the exercises you have learned.

Part 2 - standing positions, sitting positions

and meaningful yoga sessions

This course continues with standing and sitting positions. Afterwards you will be ready to practice whole Svanga®Yoga Waves sessions. When the exercises become routine, facial muscle training is integrated. So without additional expenditure of time, since the facial muscle training takes place without hands while doing yoga exercises at the same time.
